The word holistic comes from the Greek word 'Holos' meaning whole. After your initial consultation I take into account how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. From this, using a wide range of techniques and organic oils I intuitively massage to help relax and nurture enabling you to live fully in your body.

Enjoy all the benefits of the hour long massage with a whole 30 minutes longer, allowing me to take you on a journey of uninterrupted, quiet you time.

30 Minute Indian Head Massage
A blissfully ancient practice that has been used in India for over 5000 years. During this treatment I focus on massaging acupressure points along the neck, head and shoulders, leaving you with a restored sense of calm and well being.

Working with my natural healing intuition, tuning forks and vibrations as a universal life energy. I work on the main chakras, balancing each one promoting wholeness, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I trained with Neals Yard and have learned many techniques for this uplifting facial.
Using only organic products for a deep cleansing facial, this treatment helps your skin look brighter and feel fresher. This massage includes not only the face but an upper body toning massage too.

Hello, I'm Tara and I've been a holistic massage therapist for over a decade.
I love nothing more than to help people relax, unwind and feel rejuvenated.
After an initial consultation, all you need
to do is lie back and drift away to the sound of relaxing music, while I gently work away any tension leaving you feeling re energised from head to toe.
Being part of yoga, meditation and juicing retreats means that I've enhanced my knowledge of natural healing methods and gained valuable experience working alongside alternative therapists and teachers.
Massage has been used for thousands of years as a way of bringing health, relaxation and deep healing to people all over the world. It is still a highly enjoyable and beneficial practice today. I'm honoured to witness the benefits of massage in my life and the lives of my clients every day.
As a holistic therapist not only do I offer Holistic massages, Neal's Yard organic facials, Indian head massages, pregnancy massage and Healing. I'm also available to massage at retreats in the UK and abroad.
