Hello, I’m Tara, a holistic massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. My passion lies in helping people relax, unwind, feel rejuvenated and begin to heal. After a brief consultation, simply lie back and enjoy soothing music as I gently relieve your tension, leaving you refreshed from head to toe.

My involvement in yoga, meditation, and juicing retreats, and many years in the wellness industry has deepened my understanding of natural healing and provided me with valuable experience and knowledge.

Massage has been a cherished practice for thousands of years, promoting health, relaxation, and profound healing worldwide. I feel privileged to witness its benefits in my life and the lives of my clients daily.
As a holistic therapist, I offer a range of services including holistic massages, Neal's Yard organic facials, pregnancy massage, and intuitive healing sessions. I’m also available to massages at retreats both in the UK and abroad.

The term holistic is derived from the Greek word 'Holos,' which means wholeness. After our initial consultation, I will take into consideration your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Using a combination of techniques and organic oils, I provide an intuitive massage that allows relaxation and strengthens your connection with your body. This approach ensures you receive dedicated, uninterrupted time for your personal well-being. Allowing you to come back to your body fully.

I have worked as a therapist and helped run retreats for several years. During this time I've gained valuable knowledge on the benefits of healthier and holistic aspects of living. Retreats I have assisted with include Yoga, Meditation and Juice Cleansing.

I trained with Neals Yard and have learned many techniques for this uplifting facial.
Using only organic products for a deep cleansing facial, this treatment helps your skin look brighter and feel fresher. This massage includes not only the face but an upper body toning massage too.
